Through networking, innovation and idea creation, members across a broad range of businesses all over Gippsland can learn from each other and in many situations, see each other as collaborators rather than competitors.

Our Vision is to connect and grow Gippsland’s food and fibre sectors. We do that by being the collaborative force, creating opportunities for capacity building, knowledge sharing and innovation for our collective prosperity.

Businesses generally fall into the following membership categories:

General Members

General membership applies to a business engaged in any of the following:

• food or fibre production and/or processing

• the preparation of food using Gippsland products

• the distribution and selling of Gippsland products

• directly supporting the food and fibre supply chain

Associate Members

Associate Members do not fall within the definition of General Members and therefore do not hold voting rights at our Annual General Meeting.

Overview of Categories

Memberships for local businesses are offered under the following benefit categories, based on their size:

Corporate Partners

This membership category applies to organisations that elect to partner at a chosen level of sponsorship that entitles them to strategic engagement and partnership, with options for networking, co-branding and naming rights at Food & Fibre Gippsland major events as well as membership access via our digital channels.

There are two levels of membership available; Corporate Partners (Networking) and Premium Corporate Partners (Naming Rights). These members may qualify as General Members based on the definition above or are otherwise assigned Associate Membership without voting rights.

Strategic Partners - Local Government Authorities

For our six Local Government Authorities in Gippsland - Wellington Shire, East Gippsland Shire, South Gippsland Shire, Latrobe City Council, Bass Coast Shire and Baw Baw Shire - our partnership is critical for a coordinated regional voice, for economic development and investment attraction, to deliver better support to our local producers and businesses and so much more.
