Member Benefits 2022

Reminder for Members

We’re listening to feedback about what’s important to members and we’re excited to introduce a wide range of new Food & Fibre Gippsland membership benefits and features including:

  • Member Deals and Offers - via our online platform, every member now has the benefit of logging into their members account to load any deals and offers they’d like to promote, and we will then share them on our communications channels. Check out the Member Deals and Offers page on the F&FG website. You can update your own deal or offer anytime – but only one deal at a time! Be sure to include a F&FG mention or code in your offer so you can track buyers and interest coming from your deal or offer. Login to add a Deal →

  • Dedicated Food & Fibre Gippsland Jobs Board - let us help you save time and money in finding the right people for your business. Every member can log into their member profile and upload their job listings on our F&FG website Jobs Board. We will share your vacancies across our communications channels, and with our dedicated Jobs Mentors across Gippsland so they can better help you with your new hire/s. Learn more →

  • Exclusive access to Grant Guru - a one stop shop for grants to make it easy to search and apply for a huge range of grants and funding from all levels of government and the private sector as well as rebates and scholarships. There’ll be a regional portal for Gippsland exclusive to F&FG members to make searching and applying for grants and funding quicker, easier and more targeted, with access to expert advice with applications. Exclusive member access will be available early August. As always, F&FG can provide a Letter of Support for your grant or funding application. Email us to find out more →

  • Gippsland Trusted Provenance - we’ve developed the Gippsland Trusted Provenance program and brand to unite the region’s produce and products, to drive awareness of the diversity, quality and reputation of Gippsland both domestically and internationally. F&FG members whose products meet the eligibility criteria to use the brand receive a discount on the annual subscription fee. Learn more →

  • Direct Engagement with National and International Buyers: Through our export program connections and Gippsland Trusted Provenance work, our network of contacts is growing fast. We’re building relationships to support Gippsland products being presented to domestic and international buyers. We’re helping connect businesses with new markets, creating opportunities to increase sales and grow their brand. Email us to find out more →

  • Event Calendar & Promotion - via our F&FG events calendar, members can log into their membership profile, add their own events and we will promote them via our communications channels. Throughout the year, we will be adding industry events, and other relevant activities across the region. Learn more →

  • Discounted membership to the Victorian Chamber of Commerce and Industry - gives members access to a huge range of services, such as the VCCI Workplace Advice Line, a large range of workplace relations benefits and support, templates and training, events and resources, and $700 of free services. Saving you $500 off regular membership, our members’ only offer of $700 annual membership can be spread across 12 easy monthly payments. Email us to find out more →

Don’t forget the support and benefits always available to you via our Connect 2 Employment Jobs Program. This includes helping new starters and their employers with paying for uniforms, training, PPE, footwear, tools of the trade, paying for industry tickets (forklift licence, RSA, Food Safety, first aid etc), reimbursing the business for onboarding and induction costs and lots more. Our Jobs Mentors work with employers to identify needs and help candidates arrive at workplaces job-ready. This program can help save you hundreds of dollars on every new hire!

Our extensive portfolio of programs and projects continue to work collaboratively with community, industry, government and research stakeholders across the region and we seize all opportunities to advocate at all levels of government and in the private sector for investment and innovation in the region’s food and fibre sector.

Membership Fees & Billing:

If the number of full-time employees (FTE) at [nam] has changed and you need to adjust your membership level, you can do that when you renew online. To check membership level fees and options, click here.

If you use our secure online membership system, you can pay automatically with your credit card annually or split your payments quarterly.

  • If you’ve chosen a quarterly or annual automatic renewal on your credit card, you’ll receive a Renewal Notice 14 days before and a Reminder 3 days before your payment is scheduled to debit from your card.

  • If you choose to pay by manual bank transfer, you’ll receive a Membership Renewal Notice 14 days before and a Reminder 3 days before your membership payment is due. You'll continue to receive reminder notices until payment is received. If you have paid by direct bank transfer or OSKO recently, please disregard our renewal emails as it takes us some time to manually reconcile bank payments.

  • It is important to note that online member benefits, like Posting on the Jobs Board, publishing an Event, creating Member Deals & Offers and/or updating your Directory Listing will expire 50 days after your membership expiry date. This also means they will no longer be viewable online or promoted by our team. You will still be able to log into your account and renew your membership at any time.

Thanks for being part of the Food & Fibre Gippsland member family, together we’re connecting and growing Gippsland’s 7 billion dollar food and fibre sector.

Don’t hesitate to reach out anytime if there’s something we can directly help you with.
