Three Monash University researchers, in partnership with Agriculture Victoria, would like to invite all Victorian dairy farmers to an upcoming workshop to discuss their innovative platform for dairy effluent.
Dairy Industry - Manure Platform Workshop
Following on from the enthusiasm and positive feedback after their first workshop in August, a second workshop is now locked in to present and discuss findings from researching the manure surplus problem on Victorian intensive dairy farms.
The workshop will present the Manure Connect platform idea, which connects dairy farmers with excess manure to consumers that will use the manure.
The workshop also aims to generate insights and discussion from all attendees to unpack future priorities and opportunities.
