The program has been customised to align to the Food & Fibre sector and is designed to provide a solid foundation in understanding and interpreting workforce related parameters to support and inform strategic decisions about people.
We’ll capture any key issues identified during the day and flag common sourcing challenges across the sector.
We will use the opportunity to discuss some potential strategies to combat the common sourcing challenges across the sector as raised on day 1.
We’ll then spend some time reviewing the current state self assessment activity and discuss strategies to bridge any gaps or shortfalls we identify.
Whilst this unique opportunity is being held in Gippsland, we welcome attendees from the Food & Fibre sector nation-wide.
